How will you ship my order?

Shipping is $3.50 for orders up to $18 and $7.95 for orders $18.01+ (within the 48 contiguous states only) via USPS or FedEx Ground from Alabama.

Additional shipping applies for Hawaii and Alaska (Hawaii & Alaska residents, please contact us prior to placing your order for an accurate shipping quote).

When will my order ship?

Due to the custom nature of our products, from the time you place your order, average turn-around time is 5-7 days plus shipping time. 

Melamine Tableware does require additional shipping time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your personalized tableware item to ship.
During some holiday seasons, delivery time may take additional time.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Do you offer discounts?

Occasionally we do offer specials & discounts. Sign up for our Mailing List and follow us on Facebook to receive sale information.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

If you are in the state of Alabama, you will be charged 9% sales tax.

Can I return/exchange my order?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, items cannot be returned/exchanged; however, if we make a mistake on your order, we will correct it.

What if I make a mistake?

We are not responsible if you make an error on your text. However, if you make a mistake on the personalization of your product, we will be glad to reprint at a 25% discount.

Can I change colors on the products?

Certainly, most items are available for color changes for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

Do you take custom orders?

Currently, we are not taking custom orders.
